Refund policy

All LAME Fingerboarding obstacles are handmade. Minor cosmetic imperfections, variations, and small differences between products may be present and are not considered defects.

Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was received.

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
